Writing in progress. (Possible adaptation to the screen) Hugo rushes to meet his wife return from a cooling off holiday following a marital disagreement. Instead of his wife emerging through the exit only doors, a past lover appears instead to sweep him off his feet and remind him of his past. Hugo has to choose between the life he had and the one he has.
COUP
Writing in progress. (Possible adaptation to the screen) The chief military officer of a fictional eastern European state has reluctantly accepted promotion to a government position in a regime, thick with corruption. When the military launch a successful coup, he narrowly avoids the accusations of treason inflicted on his government colleagues but is separated from his family when he is confined in solitary confinement under strict house arrest. His escape is arranged by the resistance, who appoint him as their strategist for a peaceful overthrow of the military government for a return to democracy.
